Around Here

Around here we have just had two weeks of school holidays and tomorrow is the start of the last 10 weeks of school for 2017.  I can't believe next year I will have both of them at High School.

We had a day in Toowoomba to see the Carnival of Flowers which we go to every year.  We spent a couple of days at Rainbow Bay with our good friend and also did some clothes shopping as the kids are growing so fast nothing fits them any more.  The last week was so hot so thankful for the cooler weather this week.

    1. You should go next year...we have been going the 2nd weekend which is a bit quieter and not so busy. Pop into the Visitor Centre and get a map and the brochure that has the list of all the winning entrants. We pack morning tea and have it at the park and then see a few houses and then lunch at Picnic Point and then a couple more houses then end up at Queens Park for afternoon tea that we bring then leave around 5.30 to come back home. It's a big day but great to do.
